The Industrial Commission is pleased to announce that April Gladkin is returning to the Industrial Commission as General Counsel, effective October 30.
April is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney with extensive litigation experience. She began her legal career at Scudder Seguin, PLLC, in Raleigh, where she spent 13 years representing injured workers in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. She later joined the Industrial Commission, where she served as Chief Administrative Officer and Lead Counsel to the Full Commission. April faithfully served the Commission for five years before departing in August 2024 to return to private practice.
April has been a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law since 2011. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor, with honors, from Campbell University.
