Beginning Monday, September 21, 2026, attorneys will have secure, online access to Commission files through the Attorney File Access Service (AFAS). This service will allow more convenient access to case information and documents without the need to separately request copies of Commission case files. Each firm's designated Access Manager(s) will control which staff members have access to each attorney's files.
Get Ready for Launch
Law Firms that have not yet designated an Access Manager should submit their Access Manager’s name and contact information before launch using the following form: Access Manager Identification Form.
IMPORTANT: Granting staff access to an attorney’s case files can only be accomplished when the attorney also creates and maintains a portal user account. Accounts can be created on the Industrial Commission’s Online Services Center.
