The Industrial Commission will accept written comments from April 15, 2021 through June 14, 2021. Written comments may be sent to Gina Cammarano, Rulemaking Coordinator, via e-mail at gina.cammarano@ic.nc.gov or via U.S. mail at 1240 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1240. Please note that written comments should be sent via email if at all possible.

The Industrial Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed rule adoption on June 10, 2021 at 2 p.m. Out of an abundance of caution and to address protective measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the public hearing will be held via teleconference only instead of being held in person.
