The Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) reviewed the proposed changes and determined that the amendments have little to no impact on state or local governments and no substantial economic impact; therefore, a fiscal note was not required.

The Commission held a public hearing at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018, in Room 240, 2nd Floor, Department of Insurance, Albemarle Building, 325 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
